Backyard Sports Features GaGa Event as Part of Special Needs Basketball League

Backyard Sports Cares Fall Basketball League for athletes with special needs has exceeded expectations this year. In conjunction with our Basketball program, we featured a GaGa special event that got our kids moving and exposed to non-traditional sports.

Check out our video to take part in the action and hear from our awesome teen coaches, Audrey Valle, Jake Meyrowitz, Alec Greenwald, and Katie Lev, to learn why they do what they do and what this unique program means to them and the special kids they work with.

Families interested in keeping their special athletes active this winter can sign up for our Winter Soccer Session, which runs for six weeks beginning on January 14, 2018, on Sunday mornings at Purchase College.
