Lend Support and Entertainment
Thirty Families joined friends and the Board of Backyard Sports Cares for a lively evening of basketball activities and a brief informational session about engagement opportunities with our community work. Playground basketball legend Speedy Williams along with members of the Westchester Knicks Dance Team were on hand at the Kol Ami Temple in White Plains to lend their support to the fun. Junior Board member Daniel Barnett of Harrison described his involvement and introduced Executive Director, Danny Bernstein.
